I’m here to work with you, to help you navigate the best practices that fit your lifestyle and circumstances. You will be able to create your own “owner’s manual” and build the confidence that comes with doing the things that brings results. We build upon the basics so you can reach your goals.

WHAT is INCLUDED:
✓ A personalized nutrition/macro plan adjusted as needed based on your check-in.
✓ Weekly Zoom and/or in app check-in covering: sleep, hunger/satiety, overall energy, exercise performance, stress/recovery, and strategizing around your life situation.
✓ Weekly food diary review (Cronometer app is included) with feedback on your meals, food choices, and portions.
✓ Habit tracking, educational materials, and daily coach communication through MyCoach app (included).
✓ Weekly video/audio/text feedback from your coach with a personalized breakdown of your week and direction for the week ahead.
✓ Direct messaging with your coach between check-ins.
✓ Specialized coaching for perimenopause, post-menopause, sports performance, general wellbeing, weight loss or body recomposition.
✓ Workouts and movement practices are NOT included in nutrition only coaching. Please choose the Signature Wellbeing Plan for nutrition, movement/exercise, sleep, habits, stress management, recovery, and habits coaching.

Nope! This is an optional courtesy service we provide for people who have questions before getting starting. You do not need to do the free call and can totally skip this step to get started.

Upon sign up, you’ll create a profile and complete a very detailed questionnaire. This helps me to tailor a custom plan and starting point that makes sense for you and delivers the results you want.
I don’t use AI or other virtual assistance…. so within 1-2 business days of submitting the form, I will reach out with a personal welcome message or video, and a starting point with your nutrition and habits.

No, macro/calorie tracking is optional. If tracking isn’t a good fit or you want a break from it, we can use other methods to ensure you’re eating an appropriate amount to support your goals, lifestyle, and movement. That said, what gets tracked and measured can get changed.

I can see your food diary, macros (if applicable), habit tracking, and your responses to the weekly check-in questions. If you connect a fitness or health tracking device (such as a watch or ring), I can also see data like sleep, steps, resting heart rate, HRV, and other metrics provided by that device or app.
You also have the option to share body weight, measurements, body fat percentage, and/or progress photos. All of these are completely optional and never required.

Once you become a client, I will schedule your Zoom calls with you through your client portal in the app or via email. Weekly Zoom calls are not mandatory, but encouraged, if you choose to use them. Clients who do meet with me most weeks typically have better results.

Most meaningful and lasting changes don’t happen overnight. For most people, it takes several months to build habits that actually stick. We have a 3-month minimum commitment, after which you’re free to continue or cancel whenever it feels right.
Most of my clients work with us for 6 to 18 months, depending on their goals, needs, and starting point. Many clients stay with me for years.
My goal isn’t to keep you forever. It’s to help you build the skills, confidence, and understanding to manage your nutrition independently. So if and when you move on, you feel fully capable on your own.

Because real results come from consistency, support, and habits you can rely on when “motivation” dips. I’m invested in long-term progress, not quick fixes that fall apart the moment life gets messy or hard. Three months provides the minimum structure, accountability, and momentum needed to build meaningful, lasting change.
The 3-month commitment also allows us to protect the quality of coaching on both sides. It ensures we have the time, continuity, and capacity to fully invest in your progress, rather than operating in short, stop-and-start cycles that don’t serve anyone well.
After your initial three months, your plan defaults to month to month, and you can cancel at any time.
