I’m challenging the mythical norms (a. lorde) of the fitness/wellness industry and helping women+ like you to stay strong, active, and vibrant in midlife and beyond. I am an intersectional feminist, well-being+ coach, a change agent. This means I take into consideration all of who you are, your history, and how you define yourself and your well-being. The path on this journey can be tremendously varied.
I was a sick kid and wasn’t expected to make it past 30, but I’m well beyond that now and thankfully getting after life. Health is a on a sliding continuum, not fixed. While aging is inevitable, it’s a privilege not everyone gets.
Instead of focusing on restrictive diets, I’ll help you to prioritize fueling better to feel better, stress management strategies, quality sleep skillzzz, strength, mobility, and durability practices—all to live better + age better.
I left my job in startup tech on the quest for better health in 1993, and began working as a fitness coach and Yoga teacher. Ironman triathlon taught me the most about patience and the ability to look at the big picture while doing the daily tasks. Achieving our health and fitness goals requires repeatable foundational health habits—most days—over time.

While I reside in Idaho, my politics do not match my state. I am far left politically and that also means that I respect my clients for who they are, their pronouns, chosen name, and how they identify themselves. LGBTQIA+ welcome.
Call me actively anti-fascist, swearer, truth teller, studied, typo prone, and yet still mindful. I am white presenting, and also an enrolled Assiniboine and Sioux Tribal associate member. My maternal grandparents were residential school survivors.
With my own complex health challenges, I support modern evidence based medical practices, vaccines, and disability justice. I am committed to staying *updated on the current literature on: COIVD, LongCOVID, ME/CFS, Dysautonomia/POTS, EDS, and associated conditions. I maintain strict personal respiratory practices to this date. * This is important for consideration to navigate daily practices, hydration, and pacing etc.
