This signature 6 weeks of well-being facilitation is an integrative approach to making the necessary changes to improve your health and move toward your goals. Entirely online, we meet via ZOOM from the comfort of your home, office, or anywhere. I help people, mainly women and femmes 40+, master foundational health practices that are meaningful + practical in the context of their unique life. Focusing on evidence based habits involving nutrition, movement/exercise, stress management, sleep, and recovery strategies that bring the results you want.

Most of my clients will repeat the 6 week block of coaching until they reach their desired outcome. This doesn’t require a long term commitment and allows for short breaks when needed. After the initial inquiry call, and you’ve decided to work with me, I will ask that you fill out a few forms so that I get to know more about you. Besides the health inquiry, I want to know what habits and skill sets you currently have, and what has worked for you in the past. This is also were you can give me more information, as you deem applicable. You set the criteria, and the pace.

Step 1: Let’s have a free chat to make sure we’re a good fit. You can schedule this at your convenience at BOOK A CALL.
Step 2: You can either pay here, or I can send you an invoice. Payment up front is required before we begin formal coaching. Depending on where you pay, you can either schedule our session from this page, or with me during our talk or email. Setting a regular weekly time helps both of us with our schedule. If you need to reschedule to a new time because of a scheduling conflict, you will not be penalized. Life happens.
